TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket and attending the Clearwell Farm Sunflower Festival, visitors agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Admission

All visitors must hold a valid ticket for the date and time booked.

Tickets must be purchased in advance unless otherwise stated.

Tickets are valid only for the date and session shown on the booking confirmation.

Visitors may be asked to present their booking confirmation upon arrival.

  1. Opening Times

The Sunflower Festival operates during advertised opening hours only.

Clearwell Farm reserves the right to amend opening times where necessary.

  1. Refunds & Transfers

Tickets may be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days before the event date.

Tickets cancelled within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

Tickets may be transferred to another person by contacting Clearwell Farm before the event.

  1. Weather Policy

The Sunflower Festival is an outdoor event and operates in most weather conditions.

Visitors should dress appropriately for the weather and ground conditions.

No refunds will be issued due to adverse weather unless the event is cancelled by Clearwell Farm.

  1. Event Cancellation

Clearwell Farm reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or amend the event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, safety concerns, government restrictions, staff shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where an event is cancelled by Clearwell Farm, ticket holders will be offered an alternative date, an alternative event, or a refund where appropriate.

  1. Children

Children under 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for the behaviour and safety of children in their care.

  1. Working Farm Environment

Clearwell Farm is a working farm.

Visitors should be aware of uneven ground, muddy surfaces, agricultural vehicles, livestock, fencing, ponds, ditches, and other natural hazards commonly found in rural environments.

Visitors enter the site at their own risk and should take reasonable care for their own safety.

Appropriate footwear is strongly recommended.

  1. Sunflower Fields

Visitors are welcome to enjoy and photograph the sunflower fields.

Please remain on designated paths where provided and avoid unnecessary damage to crops.

Any deliberate damage to crops, facilities, decorations, or equipment may result in removal from the site without refund.

  1. Dogs

Well-behaved dogs are welcome unless otherwise stated.

Dogs must remain on a lead at all times.

Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.

Clearwell Farm reserves the right to refuse entry to any animal that presents a safety risk or nuisance to other visitors.

  1. Photography & Filming

Photography and filming for personal use are encouraged.

Commercial photography, filming, drone use, or organised photoshoots require prior written permission from Clearwell Farm.

Photography and filming may be carried out by Clearwell Farm for promotional and marketing purposes.

By attending the event, visitors acknowledge that they may appear in photographs or video recordings used in marketing materials.

  1. Visitor Conduct

Visitors must behave respectfully towards staff, volunteers, contractors, performers, and other guests.

Any behaviour considered unsafe, abusive, threatening, disruptive, or likely to cause damage may result in removal from the site without refund.

  1. Food & Drink

Food and drink purchased on-site may only be consumed in designated areas where applicable.

Visitors should notify vendors of any allergies before purchasing food or drink.

Clearwell Farm cannot guarantee that products sold by third-party vendors are free from allergens.

  1. Accessibility

We aim to make the event accessible to as many visitors as possible.

As a farm environment, some areas may include uneven terrain, grass tracks, slopes, and weather-related ground conditions.

Visitors requiring assistance are encouraged to contact us before booking.

  1. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Subject to this, Clearwell Farm shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from a visitor's failure to follow instructions, signage, safety notices, or these Terms & Conditions.

Visitors are responsible for their own personal belongings at all times.
